Special Teams Efficiency Score

This report provides an overview of how well a team is doing on their special teams, which includes powerplays and penalty kills. STE is a simple metric that is the Average of PP PCT and PK PCT, so the higher the score the more efficient a teams powerplay and penalty kill are.
