Newsletter Updates - 2/25/24

Hey Data Punks!

We hope you're all enjoying the hockey season.

Rather than publishing a weekly newsletter this week, we spent some time consolidating the currently-published newsletter series and revamping our site navigation. You'll also see some changes over the next few weeks, so we wanted to also give you a heads up on those.

First, on the navigation, we've simplified the structure of the site to keep our regular newsletter editions located under Newsletters. Also, starting next week, we'll be starting to publish any tutorials (either as a newsletter accompaniment or separate) under The Barn with any related resources – such as code, sample data, dashboards, etc. So, expect to see clean-up and improvements on that page. And lastly, the daily reports will still be located under the Reports link.

Second, on broader changes, we're working on a couple of new features specific towards data endpoints and tools. The goal is to give you more resources for you to use in your personal projects and continued learning. As we get close to a Beta, we'll start publishing to test things out and get some feedback from you.

And lastly, we've almost finished our revamp of our Udemy course. For those that took the Beta version of our first course, we'll provide you with a free coupon if you want to take again and check out some of the new content.

We'll be back to our regularly scheduled newsletters next week, so more coming soon!
